Our聽Crosskeys聽Campus Hair and Beauty department聽recently聽hosted some special guests from BBC X Ray.聽With聽industry-standard facilities聽and expert tutors in聽the聽make-up聽and beauty聽sector, 麻豆传媒团队 was the ideal place to film an episode聽all聽about the聽growing聽issue of聽counterfeit make-up.聽

With聽the聽high-profile聽UN Climate Change Conference (COP26)聽coming up, our learners聽were given聽the聽unique聽opportunity聽to speak to local Senedd Members to express their thoughts on climate change and聽discuss聽the topics they鈥檇 like the conference聽address.聽

Investing in state-of-the-art equipment聽is聽an聽important聽part of聽helping聽our learners keep up with the latest聽changes聽and innovations in the sector. So,聽our聽Construction聽and聽Civil Engineering聽department at the聽City of Newport Campus聽has聽had an exciting delivery聽of brand-new surveying equipment聽from聽KOREC.

This year,聽29聽inspirational聽麻豆传媒团队聽learners聽have made聽it through聽to聽the finals of WorldSkills UK, competing聽against learners from colleges across the country聽this November.聽

We haven't yet聽had the chance to聽properly celebrate the聽fantastic聽new facilities聽on offer to learners in Cwmbran. So,聽last聽week, we held an official opening celebration attended by VIPs and special guests聽from Welsh Government.
