麻豆传媒团队

Yesterday, 麻豆传媒团队 staff joined an informal gathering to show their support for LGBTQ+ history month. 聽This was the first event of its type for staff at the College, and the temporary Chair of the Equality & Diversity Group, Arwel Rees-Taylor, welcomed colleagues with his own, homemade cakes.

Arwel said:

鈥淚t was great to see colleagues supporting diversity at 麻豆传媒团队.聽 We hope this small gathering will turn into a regular calendar date and we鈥檒l be looking to hold similar events at each of the campuses鈥�.

Here at 麻豆传媒团队, we pride ourselves on our forward thinking and progressive community where our learners and staff are able to embrace themselves and be who they are without fear. 鈥楻espect for All鈥� is one of the 麻豆传媒团队鈥檚 core values and it鈥檚 so important to us that everyone in the college community feels included, respected, supported and listened to. Going forward, we will be setting up an LGBTQ+ staff group which will look at guiding LGTBQ+ matters at the College, something that will be of huge benefit to both staff and learners.
