This course is for...
This qualification is for learners who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach or mentor people within an organisational context. It is also an ideal qualification for those who wish to commence a career in coaching or mentoring.
Course content
Learners can expect to cover a range of theories, policies and procedures designed to give an introduction into coaching and mentoring. Units include:
• Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context
• Understanding Good Practice in Mentoring within an Organisational Context
• Undertaking an Extended Period of Coaching or Mentoring within an Organisational Context

There are no formal entry requirements.
Additional information
This qualification is delivered on an employer’s site for a group of their employees, not on campus for individuals to attend. Delivery dates are agreed in advance with the employer.
The three units are delivered over seven days. A formal quote can be issued once we understand your training need but as a guide, we charge £6,000 (includes all training, feedback and marking) plus additional awarding body fees (circa £150 per learner).
